Manuel S. Emanuel, AICP, is an interdisciplinary consultant providing comprehensive community planning, design and development sevices. The consultant has been serving a diversified range of public and private clients since 1964. He has received nationwide recognition as an innovator in community planning with his pioneering work in managed growth, transfer of development rights, and energy-efficient and environmentally sensitive land use techniques and environmental analysis

Emanuel provides highly personalized and responsive service to all clients. All consulting work is performed by the principal and includes support technical, editorial, clerical and graphic services.

Consulting services are provided in all aspects of community planning and development: land use and zoning, environmental analysis, managed development, planning implementation, advisory services, transportation and community facility planning, expert testimony, site analysis and development.

The consultant also provides grantsmanship services, including grant research, writing and procurement.
